When you use FoxySim, we may collect:

Content and records you create in the app in order to provide the service.
Device and usage data, such as device identifiers, app version, and diagnostic logs.

How we use your data

To operate and provide the FoxySim service.
To secure your account and prevent abuse.
To provide customer support and respond to your requests.
To comply with our legal obligations.

Sharing

We do not sell your personal data. We share it only with service providers that help us run FoxySim (such as hosting, analytics, and payment processing) and where required by law.

Data retention

We keep your data for as long as your FoxySim account is active. When you request deletion, we remove your personal data from our systems within 30 days, except where we must retain it to meet legal or accounting obligations.

Delete your FoxySim account & data

To permanently delete your FoxySim account and its data, submit the form below using the email address linked to your account. We will process your request within 30 days and confirm by email.

We verify the request, permanently delete your account and its data within 30 days, and confirm by email.

You can also email info@montigate.com from the address on your account, with the subject "Delete my FoxySim account".

Content and records you created in FoxySim.
Associated usage and device data.
